Whether or not you attend the inspection, we will deliver a comprehensive Spectora report that clearly outlines the condition of the home and all findings from the inspection.
Your report will be delivered within 24 hours of the inspection’s completion, giving you a clear overview of our findings and the opportunity to review and discuss them with us and your real estate agent.
